What the lower gate means

At €6,000 and 16 bookings, with catering for 16 participants plus three facilitators and standard EEA card fees, the model leaves roughly €1,245 per facilitator before personal tax. The target remains 25 participants.

Participant cancellations

100% refund through 28 October; 50% through 12 November; then substitution by a named colleague.

Organiser cancellation

100% refund regardless of date, including fees charged to participants.

Venue protection

Full cancellation through 19 October or a maximum unrecoverable deposit of €700.

If the pilot is cancelled

Refund participants in full. Stripe does not return the original processing fees, estimated at €94 when the gate is reached.
